Christmas Day

Jasmine took a deep breath and said calmly,"It was Pandora and Harry that did. I believe they used powerful dark magic to bring her back. I don't know how they did it, so don't blame me." Jasmine turned and she was about ready to walk downstairs,"Hey Remus, I have some presents for you, Ashley, and Silver downstairs." she said to change the subject.

Jasmine turned around and walked back into the room. She sat down on one of the chairs and looked at both Pandora and Remus and said,"I can't believe both of you. Remus using the killing curse and Pandora using powerful dark magic. What the hell is going on with you people???? I'm so confused."

Jasmine stood up and walked over to Remus and yelled,"I caused more harm and grief huh??? Well, what about you?? You bit Harriate and made her into the thing she is today, then you kill her, you quit teaching at Hogwarts, you run away and join some stupid werewolf clan, the list goes on Remus!!!!!!! You are a sad excuse for a man!!!! You are pathetic. At least I'm trying to turn my life around but, you people just keep pushing me away!!!!!!!!" Without thinking about what she was going to do next, Jasmine raised her hand and slapped Remus across the face with all of the strength she could muster. She turned around and walked out of the room, walked downstairs, scooped up the pile of presents, except for Remus's, Silver's and Ashley's and put them into her bag. Jasmine slipped on her traveler's cloak and her Slytherin scarf and walked out the front door, slamming it behind her.

Pandora looked to him after casting enerverate on Harriate.

"Don't be so hard on your self. The problem is you try to take on to much...one man or wizard can't do it all. I'll have a talk to her about talking to a professor that way...she should have kept her mouth shut...don't care if it were true or not...it's not for her to say. As long as your family is happy..then the hell with the rest. I have nothing...so I do envy you. Go on make your family happy...I know you always do what you think best. Don't we all and make mistakes along the way...we aren't perfect. I think you need time away..away from it all. Take Silver and have a peaceful retreat somewhere. She was crying earlier..it's hard on her being with all this drama. I know you thought I would flip on you. Guess I fooled you. Harriate will be fine just as you were when she brought you back."

"Think I should take her somewhere to get medical care though. St. Mungos isn't the right place though. My house would be best."

"What do you think?"

She smiled to him.

"You know..it's hard not to miss the old days..the days when we were ruling the world as teens, she said in thought of their younger years."

"I will take care of her. You can bet on that and not have it come back on you. You know I'm honerable and I keep to my word. I'll take her to Godrics Hollow. When she's well enough..she can stay where she likes. I'm sure she will choose to come live with you. Nobody likes that huge old house of mine. Probably die there alone", she said with a sad smile and a frown.

"Your welcome to come by and visit, as I will have only a few close people allowed to see her."

She didn't know what to say..but it didn't matter now. Every road had passed her by for some reason or another.

"I might have taken you up on that, she said smilling sadly."

"I'll be off now..get things ready for Harriate."

She paused, "you know...regardless the consequences I have always done what was best for my friends no matter the trouble it caused me. No one can ever say I turned my back on my friends, with tears in her eyes now she hugged him bidding him by for now.

"I'll return for Harriate in 20 minutes or so. Have to get my staff in order and give them all a heads up on the situation."

Harry had gone downstairs, collecting his things and his invisibilty cloke he left following Ginny back to hogwarts

I'll stay with Harriate though, she shouldn't be left alone right now."
