Christmas Eve

A silver glow lit around Harriate and with a bright f;ash Harriates ghost stood beside her body. All the scars from the attack was gone and she looked a lot more childish than her 17 years.
The bracelet she always wore around her left wrist was glowing black as she looked at her body in shock.
'Great. Bloody unfinished business. Swear i hate you now Barty.' She said twisting the bracelet. She sighed as she glanced around and knew she had to leave.

Silver finished the tree and and slowly backed up looking at it. Not to bad she thought..but probably could be better.

She made her to the kitchen seeing cody and a girl there having a drink. She smiled to Cody and walked over to where Remus stood.

"Trees ready for the morning. Could use one of those strong drinks you make if you don't mind", she said solomely.

"What should we do now Remus?"

Harriate watched as the glamour charms she had placed on herself fade from her body and all the scars she'd tried to hide disappear.
At least being dead there was no morerpain. Right as she thought this a sharp pain shot through her arm and she gasped.
Both the bracelet and the dark mark glowed black on her pale transparent skin and she knew that the charm was still working. That was her unfinished business.

She sighed wishing she could just be dead normaly and not a ghost and took a final glance at her body.
At leats she couldnt ruin there lives anymore than normal. She didnt know why shed tried to protect Remus. the bracelet and mark had burned and the words had just stumbeled out. Bloody thing.
She turned away from her body and wondered how to get to riddle manor. For that was obviously where the mark wanted her to go.

Tonk's apperated in with a small noise and walked up to the door and pushed it open slightly and call in.

"Wotcher...Anyone here?"

Harriate sighed not seeing Cody and thought the easiest way out so no one would see her was the wall. Walking through it felt weird when suddenly she was stopped. Her left arm stuck the other side. The bracelet was solid. But that was impossible she was dead. It shouldnt be solid. She pulled at it again before going back into the room wondering what the hell was going on. She pulled on the bracelet but it wouldnt move. She officaly hated the Death Eaters now.

Tonk's looked at him and shock and couldn't speak she looked down at the case and muttered.

"Harriate.!"

Tonk's stared at the case and nodded.

"Think Remus should hear..Got a case had a court meeting...Harriate wanted me to be the auror to attend for her."

She looked up at Cody still confused but held tightly onto the case.

Tonk's looked up at Remus but couldn't bare it and turned away quickly still gripping on to the case.

"You need to see this Remus."

She said not looking at him and in a shaky voice.

Remus John Lupin wrote:

"I dont know, Cody said we can use his old place, a cottage in the forest, means we don't have to build from scratch, move right away after tomorrow, if you like.. be too stressful for the baby I think if we move out now."

He said pouring her a firewhisky and getting himself a beer

"Glad we stocked up .. pity not maybe people here now to help us get rid of it, I'll get dinner going in the morning and we can bury her tomorrow evening.."

"Really that would be great...guess I could pack in my spare time. She took the drink and sipped on it, not used to the burning of her throat."

"That will will be great...I shall thank you for that."

Tonk's looked to the ground and muttered.

"Did you know she had a court meeting Remus?"

Tonk's gripped tighter on to the case.

"Was about abuse.Meant to be on boxing day..was meant to be the auror to help..Its got all her stuff in here.Thought you might of wanted it but..."

Puts the case down and walks off disapperating as she did so!

Harriate glared at the bracelet and dark mark. Why did she have to fall for a Death Eater. Why did she say she would do anything for him. She was stupid. She yanked at it again but this time her fingers went straight through it She sighed and sat on the floor. Seeing as she couldnt get through a wall with it on she'd wait till everyone was asleep and sneak out the door.
