Christmas Eve

Silver came across a large star in her box. It was shaped at one end like it fit over something. She turned it over in her hands looking at it for a bit before sitting it to the side and pulling out more lights.

Harriate grinned seeing Remus come back in and smiled through the tinsel. She had it all wrapped around her shoulders and head as she tried to de tangle it and the lights were in a neat pile on the floor.
'hiya. Wow big tree.'

Hattiate fought her way out of tha mound of tinsel smiling brightly and laughs as she threw a bit around Remus' neck.
'Can't we decorate you instead?' She joked throwing more tinsel on him.

Sirius had been up stairs unpacking a few things in a guest room. But it was more than just that, he needed time to think things through. How much longer was he supposed to keep this going? Oh well, when the Dark Lord wished him to end his mission then he would do so, but for now...he had to act.

He headed downstairs seeing as how he could here a great deal of talking. He knocked gently on the frame of the door. "Excuse me, but I can't help but feel neglected." He said with a sly smile on his lip.

Harriate grinned and grabbed the lights placing them on the tree first.
'Wanna help me Ginny?' She asked as she got herself tangeled up in them.
'Dont think IM meant to wear them.' She laughed eyes shining.
'Im fine thanks Remus. Do you want me to make it?'

Harriate span around and saw Sirius and grinned brightly.
She quickly untangled herself from the lights and ran up and hugged him.

"Oh sure, now everyone notices me!" He said laughing a bit.

"I'll be sure to eat, Remus." He said smiling.

"How I've missed you all!" He said as he embraced Harriate in a hug and let go a few seconds later.

He glimpsed around the room. "Harry!" He said as he heard his voice. "Thank you, but I'm sorry to say I didn't have the time for any presents. I've been caught up in my activities as usual." He said sighing. He took his card from Harry, and opened it.

Harriates grin couldnt get much bigger. She grabbed some of the vards she had made and shuffled through handing one to Ginny and on to Sirius.
'missed you to Sirius.' She smiled eyes sparkling in joy.

"it's alright i didn't expect anything anyway" he replied giving a smile to Sirius, Harry turned and sat back down by the still tangled lights, looking over to the christmas tree he noticed Ginny trying to reach, he could help but smile slightly and laugh too, the feeling of some awquardness had left the atmosphere between him and Ginny his eyes for a split second lingured on Ginny then he tore his attention away from her and too the lights in his hands. Sirius being back was a relife beyond measure he was glad Sirius was back and from what he gatherd un harmmed too.
