Christmas Eve

'REMUS.' She called worriedly.
'You need a healer.' she said carefully taking his arm and lifting him up before making him lay down on the sofa.
'And you will lay down and not move.' She said grabbing a pillow of the arm chair and placing it under his head.

Harriate placed her hand to Codys forehead and checked his temperature. he was deffinetly running a fever.
'Codys ill. He didn't go to see a healer after the full moon and he really needs one.' Harriate said looking up at Remus worriedly and slightly scared hearign the anger in his voice.

Harriate watched as Remus cleaned Codys wounds. She was pretty worn out and she hadn't healed anyone for ages so it would probaly make her extremly tired. But if it helped Cody it was worth a shot.
Kneeeling beside Remus she carefully pushed Cody back down.
'Lay still.' She said and placed a hand on his stomach and a hand on his chest. Calling up her magic she forced it into her hands and out into Cody healing him off his wounds.

'Anytime.' Harriate said in no more than a whisper as she felt her eyes drift shut. Healign always took up way to much energy and she didn't have much to begin with. She sat down on the floor back leaning against the sofa breathing slightly faster from the effort of the healing.

'm'fine.' Harriate answered automaticaly trying to keep her eyes open. She shook her head slightly before standing up swaying slightly.
'I'll do the washing up.' She said and made her way into the kitchen grabbing the dirty plates eyes half closed.

Harriate filled the sink with hot soapy water and scrubbed at the dishes and placec them on the draining board. Finished with the washing she grabbed a tea towl and dried them all up before placing them away in the correct cupboars. She then grabbed a damp dish cloth and washed the top of the table ebfore drying it eyes still droopy.
'Would anyone like a cup of tea?' she asked while she finished cleaning.

'its fine i got them.' Harriate said with a small yawn and filled the kettle up with water and flicked it on.

'm'sorry. Don't mean to.' Harriate mumbeled as she waited for the kettle to boil. She looked up tiredly at Cody briefly.

Harriate's eyes widened in shock and she nodded silently heading back into the front room thoughts of Cody churning in her head. 5 minutes sleep couldn't hurt. She thoughts as she lay down on the sofa eyes flickering closed.
