The Yule Ball

Hermione was so lost in dancing with Ron and looking into his eyes she hadn't noticed everyone had left the dancefloor, she was too busy having the perfect time.

Ron was still blushing, but he continued to dance with her, gazing into her beautiful chocolate eyes/

Hermione moved her arm from his shoulder, so it rested around his neck.

"Its more comfortable" She whispered, blushing.

Ron nodded also blushing and placed his other arm around her waist, so his hands met.

Thye where the only couple on the floor dancing now, but Ron was to busy staring into Hermiones beautiful chocolate eyes, to care.

It's too happy, thought Rose. With one last look at the two couples, she slipped out of the Hall. She couldn't help but smile, but her own feelings would have made her cry. Why could she understand everyone else, but not herself? She stood outside the door, the music drifting out from the hall, relaxing her. She took her shoes off and sat on the floor, back against the door frame, breathing slowly.

Andrea walked towards Rose and wondered a bit. "Whats wrong Rose?" As Drea sat next to her.

Hermione smiled, she wondered why she couldn't have everyday like this. She thought about telling Ron how she- No, it was probably just the feeling of the beautiful night that made him act this way, she decided.

"Oh, nothing..." She sighed, throwing her head back. "I just...I guess I can't be in rooms with more than ten people without exploding. Too much stuff." On the last word, she waved her hands around her head to demonstrate what she meant by 'stuff'.

Andrea frowned a bit "Yea.. same here but it looks like you were about to cry or something earlier.

Ron continued to gaze at her still dancing, he smiled. Ron found himself come to a hault "Hermione.." He whisperd.."Can we go for a walk..talk?" He smiled at her.

"Oh, it's all the Empath business. It makes me all annoyed and...well...it was someone else who was upset, not me." She looked towards the door, feeling like a worried parent.

"Alright.. talk" Hermione smiled back, removing her hands from Rons neck and dropping them down by her sides.

"Oh... that happens alot to me espically if Gary's sad.. " Drea said then wondred about stuff.

Ron nodded towards the door, blushing and started to walk. He was going to tell her, tell her how he really felt about her. Ron was slightly worried this would wreck his frendship, but he had to let her know..he had to.

Hermione followed Ron as he headed towards the door. She had never been so nervous.. what was he going to say? Had he worked out that she.. didn't he want to be her friend longer? Her head swam with questions as they left the hall.

Ron walked into the entrance hall. He went out into the grounds, blushing and he walked into the darkness

"Yeah, it confuses me. People are far too complicated, and I felt so angry. I'm never angry." She folded her arms, tucking her legs under herself. "I'm so tired too. It must be something to do with that."

Brooke Reenterd the Hall once more she looked around the hall and gave a slight smile before going to sit down at a near by table By herself.

Ron walked back into the great hall, with Hermione. He looked extremly happy and red in the face, he had a bit of dirt on his face and he was smiling.

Hermione followed Ron into the great hall, looking around to see who else was still inside with a big smile on her face.

Brooke looked over to the two and Could pretty Much guess what had happend the two where togther.. atlast she smiled she was happy for her friends
