THE HALLOWEEN BALL

Harry consiously entered the hall and for the first time in all his life he looked completly diffrent hardly reconisable, his Hair for once was neat and gelled in certain places making it look spiky then on his face his glasses where no longer there, only in there place was contact lenses from a muggle stor back in london he had brought them in hope of wearing them instead of his owl like glasses but of course the lenses only made his green eyes stand out more green and now he decided to wear them his face was pale, he had used some face paint, in his mouth where not his normal teeth but fanged shaped and almost realistic.

cloth wise his top he had turned into a dark maroony red and he wore he usal black school trousers and shoes, then with his school cloke he had turned into what resembled a cape he had also covered his hand in the white face paint to make his whole self look pale and overall some figure of a vampire.

Turning around he saw Ron and Hermione close behind him turning back to the hall he noticed the decor and a chill slightly ran down his spine.

Hermione walked into the the great hall just behind Harry, firstly she looked around the room smiling. It was great, whoever had done it had put a lot of effort into it, it looked really spooky...

Hermione was wearing a dress that was in a similar style to what she had worn to the yule ball except this was pure white and a little more floaty. She had tamed her hair just as she had for the yule ball also, but had decided to leave it down so it was smooth and curly. She had a little make up on because she had been persuaded by the other girls. She had a little sparkly white eyeshadow on and a touch of lip gloss, it looked quite natural.

Finally she had charmed a sparkling white halo to follow her whever she went, just a few inches above her head. She had been working on the charm for a few days and was really happy she had gotten it right. She hoped her costume made her look like an angel, it was what she had decided to come as. She knew it wasn't that original, but she didn't have enough time to think of something else.

Cho was pouring her self some pumkin juice,her hair swayed down her shoulders it was so black it look like bule,as always it shine.Her hair was curled.

She was wearing a little black dress which showed most her legs of,but she was wearing some fish net tights the end of her dress was in a cut effect the Dress only had thin straps drap over her shoulders it show of her curves down her waist as it fit prefectly to her.
She was looking completly diffrent to her normal school uniform or even her outdoor wear for when shes go to hogsmeade.
Her make up was done to prefection,even though many people said she looked prettier without it,she couldt help but put some on,as she put eye liner around her eyes to make them stand out also some red lip gloss.
Even though Cho was meant to be a vampire she didt put fangs in,she wanted her natrual smile without them.
She was being Extra carefull while pouring the pumkin juice as she looked around the place she thought it look Brilliant every dercotation in the room was done to prefection as a chilled ran down her spine of the sense of the place she was it.

Dyeing her hair had been a must for Rose, and tonight it was it's normal black, but with white striped through it at regular intervals. She was wearing a short, low-cut black dress with fishnet tights and her skin was paler than ever. On her face she had drawn a single black tear in eyeliner and she had extended her mouth with a red pen so that it looked stitched. She'd put in a milky eye and she had a black top hat on with a bottle green feather in her hair: the perfect muggle vision of a gothic princess. To be honest, it was the first thing she could find in her wardrobe, and she hadn't had much time to think, but it still looked pretty darn good, or so she thought. Staring at the decorations she smiled slightly, but, remembering her costume, she soon scowled. Wandering over to Harry, she noticed his fangs and his eyes; how startling they were...

She stood behind him, leaning into his neck and whispering, completely in character, "Doesn't life just fill you with remorse?"

Ron walked into the room, just behind Hermione. He was inpressed, amazed, it looked great! 'who did it?' he thought.

He was wearing loose, black robes, his hair was died black for one night, extremly straight, but was coverd with a black hood. Floating infront of him was a Scythe, it had a wooden handle bit, but a plastic blade. He was wearing black shoes and his face looked as though it was all dark. Ron had put a charm on it so there was black mist infront of his face, but he could breath, see out and eat, but people could still se in. There was a charm put on his face, so it looked like his face was made of bones, a skull. By the looks of it, he was obvoustly the Grim Reaper.

Jasmine walked into the Great Hall and she looked at all of the decorations and smiled. She loved Halloween. It was her favorite holiday because, she would always get invited to parties and go treat or treating with her brother when she still lived in New York. A tear ran down Jasmine's pale cheek when she thought about her dead family. She wiped it away and held her head up high wanting to enjoy the night with her friends and Draco. Jasmine looked around and she noticed that not very many people were there.

Jasmine wore a long, green, strapless sequined gown with long green gloves, silver slippers, she wore a silver snake choaker around her neck, and a green and silver tiara was nessled in her elegant dark brown curls. Her lovely pale face was lightly painted with light green eyeshadow, pale foundation that complimented her skin tone, her pale cheeks were lightly dusted with silver body glitter as was her shoulders, her eyes were lightly outlined with black eyeliner and black mascara and her lips were painted with blood red lipstick that made it as if she looked like her lips were stained with blood. The sequins in Jasmine's gown made Jasmine look like she was a giant serpent. Jasmine's costume was the most unusual out of all of the students'. Jasmine was the only person who knew what she was really dressed like. She was dressed like a serpent princess.

Seeing that she was the only Slytherin there, Jasmine walked over to the refreshment table and poured herself a glass of punch and she walked over to Harry and the others with a warm and welcoming smile on her face,"Hello Harry. What are you supposed to be?" she asked curiously and politely.

Scarlet walked into the hall and gazed around. The decorations were magnificent. Scarlet glanced up at the massive spider ebs and shuddered, there was one thing she couldnt stand and that was spiders.

This year she came as a pirate: With knee-high black boots and fish-net tights; An extremely short, black ripped skirt with a black belt with a silver skull as the buckle and her top was a black and red striped with 3/4 length sleeves and matching red eye make up. Her hair was different too, she had dyed the ends of her hair red and was wearing a skull bandana also to keep with the Pirate theme. She looked around, grinning at everyone's costumes. Scarlet loved Halloween, it was her favourite time of year. The only time of year Witches and Wizards could go out in the Muggle World dressed normally.


Spotting Ginny, Harry and Ron she walked over to them and grinned. "Hey guys" She said. "Great costumes.. Love the hair Ron."

Ginny turned around to face Scarlet and smiled at her costume " Hey Star, your costume is awsome!"

She looked around at all of the people in costumes and couldn't help but smile, she loved dressing up so Halloween was the perfect solution

Ron glanced sideways at Hermione, she looked beautiful. He couldn't help but smile and slightly grin. But he was sure she wouldn't see him because of the charms he had on his face.

Hermione smiled to Ron, who she had been walking with before heading over to Scarlet and Ginny.

"Hey" She smiled "You two look great!"

"Thanks!" Hermione smiled "It took me a while to figure out the charm actually, I was worried I wouldn't be able to do it.."

"You look like your having fun" She said, notcing how energetic Scarlet looked.

"Thanks Ginny" Hermione smiled "I love your hair!" She said, before she started to dance with them both.

Jasmine finished off her punch and placed the cup down on the table and she made her way over to her cousin, Scarlet, and Ginny. She walked up to all three of them with a smile on her face,"Hello cousin Hermione, Ginny, and Scarlet. Nice costumes. Can you guess what I am?" She asked as she modeled her green sequined dress, her emerald and silver tiara on her head, silver snake choaker around her neck, long green gloves, and her silver slippers.
