The Yule Ball

Running late for the ball. She apparates right outside of Hgwarts grounds. She walks toward the castles her red evening gown and cloak blowing in the wind. Her diamond necklace and earrings sparkled. She opened the door looked around greeting those she saw as she made her way to the refreshment table.

Harriate sighed and entered the great hall.It may be the yule ball but there was no way she was wearing a dress. There was no point. She didn't want to impress anyone. Instead she went down in her normal clothes. Black combats, black tank and black boots. However she also wore a black jacket over the top. Entering the hall she went straight for the back corner, grabbing a drink on the way and sitting down in a chair sipping on her pumpkin juice watching everyone dance.

She looked to Authur and smiled.

"Hello Aurther..I do, it looks great..good work indeed", she said looking around before conjuring herself a firewhiskey.

Ben walked in,in a long black robe wand at the ready for the surprise he had in store

Ben stared at Arthur Weasley "offering a brew?" he thought to himself something strange was going on here

Sipping on her pumpkin juice Harriate glanced around at the people in the hall. The ball was dull. Finsihing her drink she got up and headed for the exit. Maybe later.

She laughed.."nah I think I'll have my own brew, she said taking a drink. Wheres Molly tonight Aurther?"

Harriate left the hall a small smirk on her face. She was bored and that was dangerous. Maybe she could scare Pandora. She ran towards the dungeons and to the common room.

"Just perfer something stranger right now, she said sipping on her drink."

"Molly coming tonight as well?"

A short while later Harriate returned to the great hall suddenly very self concious not sure why she had done this.
'curse my boredom.' She mumbled as she entered again.
She was wearing a dark green silk dress which she had only worn to one ball before. It was sleeveless and hung to all the right parts reaching down to the floor. Matching gloves on her hands going up to her elbows and a silver shawl. On her feet were silver strapped shows with a slight hill. her head was up nicely with a few ringlets and had a small amount of silver glitter in it. She wore her Silver necklace which she always wore in the shape of two snakes forming SS as well as small silver dangly earings and bracelet. She had on neutral tones of make up.
Sighing she entered the hall and stood behinf Pandora hoping for a good reaction.
'Hello Professor.'

Harriate blushed slightly and smiled back knowing who it was under the potion.
'Thank you sir. A moment of insanity i assure you. I'm not a dress person usualy.'

'Of course. Where would we be without Insanity? Well we wouldn't need sunglasses to look at the headmasters clothes i'm sure.' She smirked.
'But then, we wouldn't have Fudge for minsiter either.'

Annabelle sat in the corner by herself trying not to let her thoughts wander. She gazed around the empty hall. "Oh great no one here AGAIN!" She sipped on her pumpkin juice.

Pase was wearing dress robes, grey dress robes. He sighed at the more liberty woman had when putting on nice clothing. With a movement he sucked in his courage like a dementor sucks in happyness, and walked towards the table. Everyone there seemed dull and lifeless, nothing was happening, except for an adult commenting on everyones looks and talking to another one, as far as Pase noticed, no one was dancing, and no one was being asked to dance, this was a ball.

With a movement he walked towards a dull student behind the teacher, trying to scare her, no doubt, with a movement of his hands he twisted his wrist and put his hand in a welcoming position. He bowed his head and asked.

"Miss. Harriate Riddle, would you like to dance with me?"

Charles entered the hall and looked around. The place was crowded full of people. He looked around for Annabelle, but no trace. Finally, he caught her in the corner of his eye. Charles walked over to her. "Hey what are you doing sitting down? This is a ball, it's time to PARTY!" He laughed and gave her his hand and puller her to her feet.

Annabelle gets up and huggs Charles. "I guess so. It seems to quiet tho." She laughed. "Let's liven it up!!"

Charles laughed and kissed her on the lips, then he grabbed her hand and lead her to the dance floor. A slow song came on and he smiled, "Ready to dance?"
