Gary's Mad

"Yes, i understand that. And i'm really grateful, truely i am. But unlike your problems, mine won't go away. Ever. And the potion seems to be getting worse. IT's suppose to stop this from happening but it's not." He looked away, unable to look at Rose's face anymore.

"Haven't you heard all the stories about Professor Lupin when he was our age?" She was begging, pleading with him. "He worked things out because he had his friends. Please Gary, it doens't have to come down to this..."

Gary sighed. His hands had finally stopped shaking. "Rose, it's not like i want to go but i have to. I'm not safe, no one is save around me," he said in a tired voice, he felt drained from the fight and his injuries. His face was pale and covered with streaks of blood and mud, only interupted by the trickles of tears which had made a clean path down his face.

She sighed, she was so very tired. "Let's go back to the Hospital Wing. Sleep on it. It'll all seem better in the morning."

"Yeah, come on Gary." Danny put his hand on Rose's shoulder. "We'll take care of you." He smiled at Rose and then offered his hand to help Gary up.

"well aint this qute" marcius growled whilst coming out from behind a tree "even after this long month, little gary still hasnt managed to control himself" he said strolling to put himself next to rose but facing gary "maybe your right maybe we would all be safer if you just left............or maybe you just want to leave because your afraid of yourself, in which case you need to stand up grow up and start thinking of what you are as a gift not a curse" with this he aimed a kick to the side 2 inches away from garrys head

Gary growled, his lips curling back in a snarl. He didn't flinch from the kick. "What are you doing here? Been spying on me? Have a little crush on Gary do we?"

"Gary calm down." Danny said quickly, his head turned to the newcomer and narrowed slightly. He didn't want something like before to break out, Gary already lost too much blood as did he and Rose could not take anymore. "Let us just go back to the Hospital Wing."

"he doesnt need to go back to the hospital wing" he said incling his head tow.ards gary "what he needs is what every wounded vampire needs......blood,fresh blood" he added and then remembering the last time they had met said "oh but wait, you dont drink blood anymore gary isnt that you told me that you now use a potion instead of blood"
hesaid now smirking at this squirming weakling "now i said GET UP"

Deep in the back of Danny's throat he growled. "he's not getting up. If he gets up, he goes to the Hospital Wing where he NEEDS to go." he said harshly, his narrowed eyes staring dead and cold. The dark blue tint became lighter and he had forgotten the wound on his shoulder.

"im sorry but to catch a phrase who in the blue h@ll are you" he said sneering at the new boy

"Does it really matter who I am?" Danny growled. The hairs on the back of his neck were standing up as his wolf fangs began to show.

A girl dressed in a black hood stood beside a tree as the noice went on. In the dim light of the lasting moon, those around her could only see the lower half of her face. She was already half way transformed, her fangs hung over her lip slightly as she watched. Her head turned falling onto Gary.

When Danny caught the scent of the new comer his body froze. He slowly turned his head as her face went onto the vampire. WHat the h*ll is she doing here? He thought staring at her. He shook his head and turned back to the stranger. "Who are you? Maybe then I'll tell you who I am."

Gary growled at Marcius. "How dare you call me weak." He stood up and faced Marcius, his eyes narrowed. A shudder ran down his spine, 'No i musn't turn, just get him to leave,' he thought to himself.

Danny looked over at Gary. "There's no need to do anything, just go." His eyes glanced over at the girl.

Gary followed Danny's eyes to the girl who had walked into the clearing. He smelled the air and her scent came to him, he hadn't met her before. He smiled quickly then turned back to Marcius.

Danny walked over to Gary. "Come on, you don't this. Just let me do it. " he was almost begging, but he knew a vampire wouldn't turn from a fight. "You've lost too much blood already." His eyes kept going to the girl, hoping she'd leave.


The girl lifted her head, revealing light blue eyes underneath the hood. Black hair fell over them like shades as she pushed hood down, her skin as pale as snow. The light blue of the eyes flashed to a dark gold and then back to blue. She was quiet and never said a word. She just looked.

Another scent filled the air for a breif moment, Gary looked across at the girl puzzled. "He's right, i do need fresh blood but it's not coming from anyone here or anywhere. Just leave Marcius." With that he turned around, grabbed Rose's arm, and began to walk out of the clearing.

The girl made a face that almost seemed sad as Gary walked away with Rose. She pulled the hood back over her face and disappeared into the darkness of the forest.


Danny watched her leave and turned to Marcius. He knew he was being foolish for staying to face him, but Gary wouldn't get away if he didn't. With Rose there, all the more reason for him to stay. Rei just needs to stay away... I don't need her in danger too... danny thought as he narrowed his eyes.

Gary stopped, noticing that Danny was staying behind. "Danny, just leave it. He's stronger then you think. Trust me." Gary knew it was hopeless in the state they were both in to try and fight Marcius. He looked past Danny, seeing the girl turn away, he frowned puzzled by her strange appearance.

Danny was hesitate, giving one last growl he trailed behind Gary and Rose. He looked over as the girl vanished. "Rei, you're hopeless.." he mumbled hoping no one would hear him.


Rei stood a good distance away pulling down her hood. She shook her head and ran her fingers through her hair. "What the h*ll is wrong with me?" she said to herself. She looked towards Danny and the others as they walked away. Her eyes then went to the strange man left behind.

"Who's Rei?" Gary asked, his hearing was more acute after turning. He looked down, still thinking he should be leavng.

"D*mmit," Danny cursed under his breath. "Rei is my sister..." he said quickly.

"Oh" Gary left it at that, not wanting to upset anyone else. He looked behind him to see if Marcius was going to come after tem. "I f***ing hate that guy."
