Gary's Mad

"To the school yeah?" He stood up.

"We should levitate him..." She felt weak from the sheer power which had surged through her. "Hang on, let me find my wand..." She ran off into the bushes nearby to search.

"No Rose, you're already to weak. I'll just change and carry him." Rei said.


Danny's body was covered in blood and his right arm twitched a little as he came to slightly.

"Danny?" Rei still had a worried look on her face as she looked down at her brother.


(I think its a good thing Drea isnt here, she'd be flipping out)

Rose came back, panting and holding up her wand triumphantly. "Found it," she said, grinning. "Now lets get him out of here."

Gary's eyes flickered open and a low growl echoed in his throat. He tried to lift his head again but fell back down, unconscious. He needed blood and a lot of it.

He turned around to Gary "Ummm somthings wrong with Gary.."

"Dammit. I hoped he wouldn't wake up this quickly." She considered their options for a moment. "This is a bit drastic but...anyone want to donate some blood to a worthy cause?" She laughed uneasily and conjured a large glass vial from the air.

"I will.." He Looked a bit confused but wanted to anyway "If it helps.."

Rose saw the confused look on his face and smiled weakly. This was going to be awkward. "He's human now, but, well, he explained to me before when I promised to look after him, if he gets injured, he needs blood to heal." She raised her wand and cut a gash in her wrist. Holding it over the vial, she flexed her fingers to make the blood flow more freely. Red droplets slid down the glass sides of the bottle. "Your turn, if you're still sure..." she said, handing Aaron the vial.

Gary's eyes flickered open as the smell of blood filled his nostrils. He was too weak to turn again but he knew that he needed that blood. He groaned as a rush of pain traveled along the length of his body.

He took it and made a cut on his wrist too holding it over the vial so the blood went in it. "How much?"

She waited for a few seconds, until Aaron's blood had filled the vial the same amount as hers had. "That should be enough. Heal the wound quickly, in case he smells it and wakes." She reached over to take the vial. "Having this is dangerous enough."

"Right ok..' He got his wand and healed his wrist "Is Gary gunna be ok now?"

"I hope so. It should work, fingers crossed." She took the vial and went to kneel beside him. Opening his mouth, she poured a tiny drop of the blood onto his tongue to test his reaction.

A shudder ran down Gary's spine as the blood hit his tounge. A low, almost purring sound came out of his throat.

Please don't change, please don't change, Rose thought. She tipped a quarter of the blood into his mouth, pushing on his chin so he could swallow it.

Gary's eyes flickered open as the blood ran down his throat. His pupils were a dark, blue, not normal but not black. He looked up at Rose, a confussed look oon his face. He looked at the vial of blood and hunger flashed across his face.

"Thats meant to happen, isnt it?" He stepped back a bit away from Gary and Rose.

"I hope so," she muttered. "Gary...Gary is that you?" She knew that his eyes sometimes changed, but there was something a bit different now.

Gary nodded slowly, still staring at the vial of blood. He licked his lips, the hunger still on his face.

"Gary, are you..." she leaned closer to his face and whispered so that Aaron couldn't hear. "Are you...human?"

Gary nodded his head but a shudder ran down his spine. He squinted his eyes and started shaking his head. He concentrated on pushing it back down, his eyes still shut tight. After a minute or so he opened his eyes and nodded, but he still stared at the vial.

"Do you want the rest...?" she asked shakily. Nervously she held out the vial to him, put placed a hand on his wrist so she would feel the first signs of change. It might also keep him human, she hoped.

Gary sat up slowly and took the bottle. Although he hadn't turned, most of his human instincts [spl] weren't there. He gulped down the rest of the bottle, hungrily. A small shudder ran down his back but he didn't turn. He closed his eyes and sighed. When he opened his eyes, they were back to their normal, light blue colour, but there was a thin ring of dark red around the outside of his pupil.
