THE START OF TERM BALL!!

"Have it your way then." Jasmine signaled the band to begin 'Umbrella' and she whispered to Harriate,"You can jump in any time." The band began the song and Jasmine's lovely singing voice filled the Great Hall once again.

Harriate nodded and joined in with the song glnacing across the crowd.

After singing 'Umbrella', Jasmine nodded at Harriate to pick the next song.

Smirking at what potter said Harriate switched back to how she knew she could sing.'Ok then. i just finished writing this one today. so this is a nice slow love song for you guys.' Harriate walked up to the paino and pulled up the sheet music from her pocket. Taking a deep breath she started playing and singing and glanced at Remus by the door.

Jasmine jumped in during the second verse and her voice and Harriate's voice blended together nicely.

Harriate smiled sadly as she sang the song. Harriate put more emotion into the song and felt her eyes water up but held them in. She let the smooth sound of the notes wash her away and as there voices blended harriate smiled. Finishing the song she left the paino and picked her guitar back up.

Brooke clapped happly for Harriate saying to herself that it was an amazing song

The song ended and the crowd went wild again. The Slytherin boys were even more rowdy this time with more wolf whistles, cat calling, and more howling. A couple of boys screamed 'MARRY ME HARRIATE!!!!!!' Jasmine burst out laughing and spoke into the microphone again,"Okay, lets take another request." Jasmine scans the crowd again,"Oi Lovegood??? Do you have a request?"

Harriate smiled slightly at the banners thinking *if he was Barty*. She glanced across the hall.

Meanwhile Cody was outside the Great hall and looked at the lot of people who was laughing and singing,having alot of fun,Cody did not feel like joining in with the crowd.So he walked over to the outside and leaned against the wall taking the night air and sky in.Cody was thinking and then looked out the coner of his eye and saw the moon was only half full which he was lucky enough,but his body was telling him it must be coming upto one soon.

Jasmine nodded to Luna,"Thanks. Okay, I'll pick someone else. How about a Slytherin. Hey Malfoy, what do you request?" Jasmine heard him shout 'Rockin' Robin'. Jasmine speaks into the microphone again,"Thanks Draco. Okay the next song is 'Rockin' Robin'. Here we go." The band begins to play, Jasmine signals to Harriate that she can join anytime, and Jasmine's voice fills the Great Hall again.

Harriate glanced at the Slytherins coming into the hall laughing and as one of them went by the stage she heard them saying lupin was asleep on the stairs.Turning to Jasmine she handed her the guitar.
'You sing. ill be back soon.' She said and jumped off the stage making her way out into the enterance hall. She knelt down by Remus and shook his shoulder gently.
'Professor?'

Cody looked at the sky when he heard Slytherins laughing and they were really loud,he looked and walked back into the hallway and saw Professor lupin sleeping on the stairs and an girl trying to wake him up,Cody was an little shy around everyone and he had no friends.

The song ended and the crowd went nuts again. The Slytherin boys were so rowdy again, catcalling, wolf whistling, and howling agian. One boy shouted at Jasmine 'MARRY ME YOU HOT MUDBLOOD!!!!!!' Jasmine turned around (again, she knew who it was) and nodded to Harriate. She turns to the crowd again,"Okay, the next song is called 'Turn to You' by a muggle called Christina Aguilera." The band starts to play and Jasmine's lovely singing voice fills the Great Hall again.

Lupin grunted a little as Harriate shook him slightly
"..W, what?" he stuttered as he opened his eyes, then rubbed them and looked to his side to see Harriate
"Hello... didn't know you were here, why aren't you in the great hall enjoying yourself? just came out to get away from all the noise and people.." he said yawning loudly.
