"You so are! You've had, what?, 3 or 4 butterbeers!" Gary laughed, he felt tipsy as well.

"Shhhhh..." She laughed and felt as if she was going to fall over and held onto Gary.
"Stop spinning!" She said quitely.

Gary grabbed hold of her arm. "Steady or you'll end up flat on your face!" He smiled, he hadn't been this drunk in a while, it felt good!

She giggles and slipped and lost grip of Gary...She then fell..'Flat on her Face' but giggled still.

Lavender sipped some butter beer. "Yeah I think we are going away for christmas....what about you?"

"nothing much probably just staying at hogwarts and catching up with my homework but im hoping the head master puts some new trails down for me, ive already done all the ones he put down at the start of term." marcius drank a bit of his butter beer and then asked "so any ideas where you will be going"

Lavender smiled and drank the rest of her butter beer. "Well have fun with the trails!" she said. "No no idea....maybe France?" she smiled.

"Ha told you so!" He laughed and pulled Roxy back to her feet. "There we go, lil' missy!"

Roxy slowly started to slowly sobber up and smiled at Gary. "Thanks" She looked him in the eyes, she just wanted to tell him..hold him but she wouldnt for many reasons, 1. Hed just split up with Andrea, 2. He would never like her the same and 3. There friendship would never be the same.
She looked at her arm quickly where the was no watch and with a flash moved it down."Half 9 already?" Even though it was only 7. "Id best be off.." She walked away.

Gary looked at his watch. "No its not! Its 7 you fool. Is something worng?" gary looked at her, concerned.

"Uhh...no.."
She shook her head quickly.

"Oh ok! Just wonderd why you wanted to leave." Gary looked up at the castle..

"Nothing..really.."
She looked down, she hated lieing and wasnt too good at it either.

gary got the feeling that she was lyin gbut didnt want to upset her. "Sooo, what do you want to do now?" He could feel the drunkeness wearing off.

She looked down, "I dont know..." she had no idea what to say. All her feelings were mixed up and she just felt like crying

"Whats up?" Gary looked at Roxy, she looked like she was going to cry. "Has something happened? You can talk to me"

Roxy shook her head and tears rolled down her cheeks. "N..o..I cant..Its different and I just cant..."
Roxy turned to leave.

"No wait, Roxy! Please tell me whats wrong. I want to help!" He grabbed her arm as she tried to leave, trying not to squeeze to hard.

"I still have feelings for you, There..Ok..I said it.."
She tried to release herself from Gary's grip crying and nervous.

"ah france is a pretty nice place i had one of my best meals there" he smiled "but you dont wanna hear about that......so urm how long you gonna be away from hogwarts for? the entire christmas?. he asked

"I'll be away the whole christmas holidays apart from the last day...I'll have to come back then of course and get settled!" Lavender smiled.

"ah good your away all christmas i get some peace and quiet then" he said in a obviously fake happy voice "you fancy meeting up for a drink on the last day" he said hopefully "or maybe i can just help you settle in" he added

Lavender smiled, "OI! Yes you'll have your piece untill I get back!" she noticed his the scarcasticness in his voice when he said that bit. "Yeah, a drink would be nice.." Lavender smiled.

"so who was that guy who was just here" he asked inquisitively "and is he the reason cho was sat out by the pond by herself the other day" he asked thinking of the little encounter he had had with the girl named cho a few days ago

"That was Harry, Harry Potter, and I duno.....there is alot going on between Harry and Cho at the moment...." Lavender said woundering how Cho was.
