"not sure if you should have this one" he said smiling and indicating one of the new butter beers the bar tender had brought over.

Lavender smiled. "Yeah your probally right...I'm addicted to the stuff, you should know you saw how much I drank at the yule ball" she laughed slightly. She the stared at the butter beer for a few minutes.

marcius stred between the butterbeer and the smile on the pretty face of lavender and then his heart melted finally giving in he handed her the glass "i supose if you get too drunk i can always carry you back to your dorm" he laughed

"Oh, Sure..id you still want to sit next to me?"
She smiled slightly and warmly.

"Of course i do! I thought you'd be mad at me still. You wanna drink?" He smiled at her, glad to see Roxy wasn't that mad at him.

"Yeah, Sure Thanks..and No Im sorry for everything."
She looked up and smiled at Gary.

Gary beamed at her. "Well I was still mean to you so im sorry as well. I'll just go get the drinks" HE walked to the bar and ordered to Butter beers. He came back and sat down, handing a bottle to Roxy.

Lavender once agian looked back at Harry. "Yes I'm sure she was heading towards the sheriking shack, and yes I will tell her that you are looking for her, oh one more thing, Cho really likes you Harry, alot more then you know!" she said smilng slightly at him. She then turned at Marcius and laughed at his comment and took the butter beer. She smiled at him. "Thank you!" she said sipping some butter beer.

She smiled and took the bottle.
"Thanks Gary, you really dont have to apologies. Im fine with it really..were..friends now, Thats all that matters. How are you and Andrea then?"
She looked up.

"so you nealry done all your homework then" he asked lavender conversationally whislt think of the 3x thousands words essays he still had to do

Lavender groaned at the word homework. "Not exactly...still have Snapes eassy to do, aswell as charms, but I can finish charms in no time, no point trying to do potions...he still will give me a bad grade even if I try my hardest...he seems to hate my house."

" he better not be that biased towards one of my freinds" he said growling then an idea hit him "ill tell you what tell me what your potions homework is and ill write it for you, ive still got all my old esays from when i was in fifth year never could be bothered to burn them" with this marcius drew out a quill and a very small scrap of paper "so whats the essay" he asked her. he wouldnt actually have to write the essay he would juast have WORDS with the snape guy

Lavebder smiled. "Even if you write it and I pretend it's from me he will still give me a bad grade!" she laughed. "It's what he is like!"

"ye but lets see if hes still like that when the mudblood lover ummm i mean proffessor dumbledor" marcius corrected himself quickly "sees how unfair the potions proffessor is to certain people" he gently growled while smiling

Lavender smiled. "Well I think Dumbledor already knows..but Snape must be valuable to him...over wise hewould of been gone by now....what is wrong with muggle borns? Just curious casue I seem to know a couple who are quite nice" Lavender smiled slightly, she was actually a muggle born her self but few peole knew this.

Gary looked out of the window. "Things are.. ok i guess."

"a few of them are ok i guess" he said smiling at lavender "but most of them just think theyre better than us so called halfbreeds, its the same with most.. with exceptions of course of the wizarding community"

Lavender smiled. "Well....I think you half bloods are brilliant!" she said.

"you wouldnt say that if you saw my other side" marcius stated sorrowfully bowing his head and wiping his thumb absent mindedly over his scar again

Lavender saw what he was doing, she put her hand over his. "I will still like you what ever you are, if your evil or what, your still a friend!"

he moved his hand from under hers whilst keeping his head bowed the pain in his heart getting even worse "you say that now but you dont know what ive done, the pain ive caused...theres a reason i went traveling between my 6th and seventh years and theres a reason i have this scar" he said looking up at her beutiful and caring face while indicating his own scared face "i know we can never be freinds" he thought to himself "if we were she would always be in danger" he added angrily to himself

Lavender looked at Marcuis. "You don't know who I am...I'm a trusting person Marcuis.." she sipped some butter beer.

Roxy placed her hand on Garys.
"You dont seem to be ok, anything wrong?. I understand if you dont want to tell me or dont trust me anymore"
She removed her hand from Gary's not wanting to show Gary how she felt about him.

Gary sighed. "I do trust you Roxy. Its jsut well I've been thinking about ... well ... dumping Andrea."
