The Hearing (not public)

Tonk's didn't look up but just kept her eyes on Sikes and made sure he didn't do anymore harm and listened waiting for more to happen.

Knowing that it wa sher turn Harriate got up shaking slightly and made her way to the chair on Tonks left. Her hands where shaking and sweaty from fear of being so close to him.
The witch asked her loads of questions which Harriate answrered stuttering on a few. She held the tears at bay and hope it would all be over soon.After answering all there questions Harriate returned to her seat still shaking slightly glad she was finished.
She watched as the Jury went out of the room to make there decision.

She held her breath while harriate told her side of the story.

Ready to jump in at any minute if anyone said anything against her.

She put a arm around her shoulder when she came back.

"you did great...we will be out of here soon and you can put this mess behind you soon."

Harriate flinched slightly as Pandora wrapped her arm around her shoulder before forcing herself to relax. She nodded slightly and was looking anywhere other than at Sikes. That was when the Jury returned.

All she could do is thin what would happen if this man didn't get put away. She thought maybe they could kill him themselves. Her and Remus and Tonks could get rid of him and hide it all.

Please let them find him guilty she thought.

Tonk's looked up at Pandora and watched her...Looking around she tried to see what they were thinking what the verdict was..But she put her gaze back to Sikes not figuring anything out.

Silver watched as the jury returned to the room and glnaced at Harriate.
One member then took the stand with a piece of parchment in there hands.

'we the jury find the defendand Mr Michael William Sikes..' He paused and gazed across the room and then his eyes fell onto Harriates.

'Guilty...of all charges.'

The witch stood back up and glanced down at Sikes.
'You are hearby sentanced to life imprisonment pending the dementors kiss. Take him away.' She signaled to the Aurors.

A small smile lit Silvers face as she turned to harriate.
'Told you he'd go to Azkaban.'

Tonk's looked up and nodded to the witch..The chains on the chairs came of and Tonks and another auror grabbed Sikes before he could do anything and took him out of sight.

She let out a sigh of relief.

"Come on lets get out of here and put this behind us. She looked to others to see if they were ready to leave as well.

Harriate met the mans eyes and sighed in relief hearing him say guilty. Now Sikes couldnt hurt her anymore. she watched as he was dragged out of the courtroom.

Pandora grabbed her hand and started pulling her out of the room.

"Where would you like to go when we get out of here, she asked Harriate", so glad to have this part behind them. They would all be back soon enough for Harriates trial.

Harriate just shrugged as Pandora led the way out of the courtroom and glanced back at Remus briefly. She saw everyone else leaving to and the crowed blocked her view of Remus so she turned around following Pandora.

Silver smirked slightly as she watched Harriate being led away from the courtroom and stood up gathering her things and left also. She had someone who wanted to know the outcoem of this trial.

Tonk's walked back into the court room and noticed everyone was filing out.

She sighed and followed the rest off them and decided she might as well go back to the Headqauters.

Pandora was grateful to finally be outside. She stopped and sighed, looking to Harriate.

"You alright? Where do you want to go from here?"

'm'fine.' Harriate shrugged not quite understand what Pandora was asking. Did she mean back to Hogwarts or something.

"Anywhere..were ever you might feel at ease and can relax. My place is quiet and a good starting point, she said with a smile.

"Lets go home to Godrics Hollow and rest then."
