A duel

Charles had entered the room of requirments. He had prepared himself. Going over his spells and stretching out. He had asked Annabelle Lestrange for a friendly duel. This would be fun and good practice.

Annabelle walked in amazed by the interior. She nervously stepped in and looked around for charles who had asked her for a friendly duel. He was there, standing at the end of the room. She walked up to him calmly. "Hello Charles. Are you still up for the duel then?"

"of course" He smiled. Charles waved his wand and called "Orchideous!" Flowers shot out of his wand all across the floor. "Flowers my lady," He laughed and got into a dueling stance. "Alright no unforgivable curses, and get into your dueling stance!" He called. Charles was excited and jumpy. He was ready for anything

Annabelle blushed slighlty and got into her dueling stance. "As if i would throw unforgivable curses at you Charles." She laughed. "Ok so lets start."

"ok!" Charles laughed. "I'll start this one off," Charles stepped back and "STUPIFY!" The curse flew out of his wand.

Annabelle simply smiled at him. "Ennervate!!" Her wand glew with a light glow which shone through the large room.

"very nice," Charles nodded. "AVIS!" He called out birds of all sizes flew out of the tip of his wand at Annabelle

"Thank you." She smiled at Charles. Annabelle aimed her wand at the flock of birds flying at her and shouted "CONFUNDUS!" Suddenly the flock of birds flew everywhere, into the walls even into each other.

Charles dodged the birds that flew towards his head. He leapt aside and looked at Annabelle. "Come on actually try!" He called to her. "Aguamenti!" Charles called out, water exploded out of the end of his wand in a steady stream towards his opponent.

"I love water!" She lifted her wand once more and laughed. "IMPEDIMENTA!" The water slowed down a little then Annabelle shouted "IMPERVIUS!" The water simply repeled.

Charles sat there, humiliated. He had just sent three spells her way and she barely even flinched. He had an idea, it was kind of mean but he wanted to gain the lead. "Levicorpus!" He called out at her. Hoping it would work and scoop her up in the air

Annabelle tried to lift her wand and shout "FINITE INCANT... OH BUGGER!!" She was hanging in the air. "No fair!" She hung upside down trying to look at Charles without laughing. "FLIPENDO!" She laughed but getting dizzier by the second.

"Liberacorpus!" Charles called with a smile, she dropped from the air. " He backed up and smiled. "Ready for round two?" This was really fun and Annabelle seemed really fun to duel with.

"OUCH!" She stood up and laughed. "Of course I am. You're better than i thought you would be....No offence." She looked down and smiled.

"Oh really," Charles laughed and stepped around. "Your amazing at magic," He called out stepping around. "Check this one out, Incarcerous!" Charles called out as ropes strung from the ground and jumped for Annabelle.

"YES YOU ARE!!" Annabelle didn't have time to get back into her stance so she had to act quickly. "REDUCTO!" The ropes blasted aside. "Are you tickelish??? RICTUSEMPRA!" Annabelle stood and laughed as the warm coloured light left her wand.

Charles was getting tickled by the lights. He laughed uncontrollably then he got control of his hand and waved his want , "FINITE!" The tickeling stopped and he sighed. He smiled and thought up something "Immobulus!"

Annabelle burst out laughing but suddenly stopped when she realised that Charles had his wand drawn. "PROTEGO!! TARANTALLEGRA!" Annabelle laughed even more as Charles began to dance.

"Finite!" He called out. Charles had an idea. "AVIS!" He called out the birds flew out of the tip of his wand and swarmed about. Charles used the flying charm and moved them around for a couple of minutes. He then smiled and stopped. The birds in the air made a message. That spelled "HEY BEAUTIFUL!" Charles laughed and nodded at Annabelle

Annabelle watched the birds glide around the room then form a message. Annabelle went even reder. "don't be stupid!" She couldn't help it she felt like a beetroot, because she went so red.

Charles noticed her face turning redand laughed. "Blushing are we?"

Annabelle looked down and tried to hide her face. "Oh shut up!" She laughed.

He laughed, then he flicked his wand and the birds flew into another message, it was cupid shooting an arrow. Charles laughed he even found this funny
