Gary's Mad

Gary sighed, he knew she was right. Even if it was his fault no one deserved to die like that. He gently put Danny down, resting him on a nearby tree and walked over to Rose. He pulled out his wand, "Do you need a hand?"

"No," she said defiantly, still not looking at him. "Just help Danny." She shut her eyes, but the tears kept coming, pouring from her eyes. Tenderly, she placed one hand on Marcius' cheek. Her tears fell onto his pale, unconscious face.

"Fine" he turned away and walked back to Danny. He sat down next to him and sighed deeply. He let out a little whimper but it was quiet.

She smiled to herself; she and Gary both knew she was right. Looking at Marcius, however, brought a fresh wave of tears to her eyes. It wasn't just the Empathic powers either; it hurt her deeply to see Marcius so helpless. He was so strong and determined, even if he did hurt her and Gary, and it was so unlike him to be in this state.

marcius grumbled wealy and slowly opened his eyes as he felt a slight touch on his cheek he shot awake to see who the attacker was. he saw rose nealing besid him and ralised sh must see him as a weakling here all alone. he growled and jumped up but undr his own w8 his ribs gave way and he quickly grabbed them with his free hand which wasnt keeping him up "which of you attacked my dog" he demanded looking from rose to gary "which of you cowards didnt have the guts to take me on but still went after my dog" he half growled half moaned "no matter ill take you both out for that mistake" and as he lunged forward his leg buckled and landed him face down beside a tree but his ribs connected with one of the roots and made his growl out in anguish

"Marcius!" Rosse jumped as he got to his feet. When he fell she rushed over to him again, helping him to turn over. His ribs seemed to be the biggest problem. Cautiously, she pressed the tip of her wand against them, trying to heal him as best she could. "It wasn't us, just stay calm..."

"liers" he growled as the wand tip painfully touched his ribs "you guys and me were the only ones in this god forsaken forest" he tried to sit up and stand again "and why are you here instead of helping the thing" he looked at the boy gary was with "upto the castle, i never asked for your help" he tried again to get tto his feet but crumpled again

"Marcius, for f*** sake. She's trying to help you. Can't you just leave it for a few minutes until you and Shadow are better?" Gary stood up and walked across to where Marcius and Rose were.

"I NEVER AKED FOR ANY HELP" he growled and he pushed himself up on the idea of going to show gary that he didnt need help. but instead after a few steps he fell aagain and lunged to grab hold of gary "why my dog" he growled as he held onto him "why not me"

Gary growled at Marcius's touch. He forced himself to calm down. "Marcius, let Rose help you, then we can help your dog," he said through gritted teeth.

the last thing gary heard was gary growl and then he fell unsciouse due t yet another of his ribs causing him to bleed

Rose began to cry again, it was uncontrollable. Marcius felt so strongly for his dog, and was in so much pain that she could barely keep his emotions out of her mind. She stifled a scream as he fell again and grabbed his hand as he went down, then put her other hand behind his head to cushion his fall. She held his body close to hers, her head on his shoulder as she wept, his blood slowly soaking her shirt and mixing with her own from her other scratches.

marcius felt himself be slowed and then felt a caring hand placed behind his head, he could not understand why this person was being so kind to him after all the fights they had had. and he aslo did not understand why he was allowing himslf to be cared for.

"Marcius," she whispered into his ear. "Marcius, please don't go. We fight, but...it hurts to see you like this..." She looked over to the dog, then at Gary. "Shadow needs you, I...need you..."

marcius heard a someone calling him it sounded like it was miles away he heard a girl saying that she need him "but no ones needs me, and i need no one" he said to himself and then he felt his throat clog, as he coughed blood came from his mouth and he came back to the real world only for a breive enough time to see a buetiful girl holding him, someone he recognised and for some reason deep down cared about and then he lost consciousness again and this time his body stopped breathing

Rose felt him stop breathing and almost screamed. Her own throat felt slightly blocked too. She couldn't think in magical terms; the only thing she could remember was muggle resuscitation. Carefully she pumped on his chest, attempting to avoid his broken ribs, then placing her mouth on his, she gave him three quick breaths, then continued to pump his heart.

marcius felt a funny sensation occur on his mouth a sensation he had never felt before, he had felt blood he had felt flesh he had felt bone but this was like none of them this was a sensation he quite liked but then after the sensation had gone he felt sharp pains in his chest. somone was causing him pain and something else was causing this strange sensation. he could live with the pai if this sensation came back

He wasn't moving. Rose began to panic, and, crying, she placed her lips on his one last time. An idea sprung to mind. As well as giving him the crucial breaths, she began to lick at his lips, hoping that the physical sensations might bring him back.

marcius felt the sensation again and this time he felt something soft move around his lips he moved his toungue to try and move it but as it made contact a curiouse sensation ran threw his body and it told him not to stop so instead he slowly stroked this mysteriouse object with his toungue and slowly he started to regain consciousness

Rose felt him react and knew that her plan had worked. She began to kiss him more confidently, their tongues entwined and lips pressed tightly together. She hoped Kenji would understand. She was saving Marcius' life, that's all...

marcius finally became aware of his surrounding and who it was that was causing the sensation. it was rose someone he had cared about but was sure hated him so defencively he pushed her away and growled at her "what are you doing, you do this to people you hate. you should becareful people might get the wrong idea" he finished and gently he got to his feet and started to walk off into the forest shadow gently padding beside him "i might get the wrong idea" he added as his ribs gave a twinge of pain but he kept walking away from her

She knelt on the forest floor, stunned. Then, clenching her fists, she got up and ran after him. "I saved you!" she shouted. "The least I could have is some thanks!" She ran in front of him and put her hands on his shoulders. Then, lowering her voice, she whispered, "And I wanted to thank you for earlier, too...when you...hurt me."

"stop it" he growled "it wasnt for you i just wanted gary to change" he lied and he grabbed roses arms and removed them from his shoulders "im grateful you helped my wounds, although i dont know why" he growled and went to walk past her

She grabbed his hand and spun him around, staring into his eyes angrily. "I don't know why you care so much anyway, you're with Lavender."

"lavender? who said i was with lavender?" he asked anger in his eyes as the news that someone was trying to smear his name reched him "didnt you hear me, no ones loves me and" he said truthfully "i dont love no one" he lied and he stared at her waitng for a responce either from the question or the statement
