Hangman...

Rose trotted into a clearing in the forest in her fox form. It was faster that way. She was carrying a crimson sash in her mouth, which she dropped on the leafy floor and transformed into her human form. Leaning against a tree, she began to tie the sash into a loose noose. She then flung the other end of the sash over the lowest branch of the tree, and tied it firmly round. Lifting the loop of the noose, she stood directly underneath it, delicately placing it around her neck. She held the main part of the sash and got ready to pull it and tighten the noose...

marcius was hunting out in the forest when he saw a fox traveling threw the forest, seems foxs were extremely rare in this part of the country let alone in hogwarts itself marcius decided to follow. after following the fox for about 5 minutes it transformed into a witch and started constructing something out of a tree. marcius watched transfixed until she put one end of a noose round her neck and the other round the tree.

Rose looked around for a moment before preparing herself once more to pull the rope. She smiled blissfully as she felt the soft red material rub against her bare neck. It would all be over soon. But something made her pause. She sniffed the air cautiously, picking out a distinct scent. "Marcius..." she called uncertainly into the trees. She rarely forgot a scent.

marcius strode out from the trees looking at rose "so this is how it ends is it??" he asked her "take the easy way out and forget about the people left behind, how selfish, how dignified" he didnt know how he was going to do this he just knew he needed to keep her attention of the rope which his faithful dog shadopw was silently and smoothly biting threw so that rose didnt feel a thing.

She stared at him: how could he say she was being selfish? "You don't understand! It's not easy being me! I've got no firends, no love, no life!" She sighed and took the noose away from her neck. She walked towards him, almost crying. Stopping just in front of him, the tears began to flow freely. "It's so pointless...and it hurts so much...if I end it, the pain will stop too..." She fell to her knees crying.

Gary was running through the forest. He hadn't taken his potion since the incident with Marcius and his emotions were still running high. He heard some people talking and stopped. He sniffed the air and caught the smell of Rose and Marcius. He went over to see what was going on.

Spotting Gary, Rose stood up abruptly wiped her eyes. Gary had already had to deal with enough of her problems and she hated it when he saw her like this. He always told her to be sensible and stop worrying. But it hurt, and he'd never understand...

"ROSE! Please..Dont.."
She had tears in her eyes and ran up to Rose.
"Im Sorry for everything, dont do this to yourself!"

Gary saw Roxy rush over. He looked at Marcius, then at Rose. He saw the remains of a rope on the ground. "Oh no. Rose...you didn't" He looked at her, panic and worry in his eyes.

"dont worry i got here before she could actually do anything, but she probably thought the pain would stop once she had finished, you kids need to sort your freindships out casue the last thing i ned is a load of aurors round here asking quiestions" he said ascting as though he didnt care "shadow come" he called at his dog and together they started to walk off

"Thanks Marcius. I'm really grateful for you helping Rose." Gary turned to Rose. "Rose, why? I thought we talked about this" Gary felt bad that he hadn't paid more atention to Rose. He knew she was depressed but didn't think it had got this bad. Something inside him stirred but he pushed it away.

"Oh god, Am I too late??"
Roxy started to panic looking at Gary, tears in her eyes and rolling down her checks.

Gary took a step towards Rose. "Please Rose, you don't need to do this." He knew the rope was broken but Rose could easily magicked up another one.

"No. Rose. Please."
Roxy knelt by Rose and held Rose in her arms and cried over her.
"She cant be, I wont let her!"

Gary took another cautious step towards Rose. "Its ok now Rose."

"No!" Rose screamed when Gary went to touch her. "Don't! Don't touch me!" She jumped up and pulled a tiny vial of potion from her pocket. She held it out to show them. "I thought it might go wrong so I brought this as well! I don't give up that easily!"

"for crying out loud" growled marcius as he saw her draw a bottle of potion from her pocket "FLIPENDO" he yelled agresively and rose shot back landing on the ground and the bottle in her hand falling to the floor "MOBILIARBUS" he growled such as loudly pointing his wand at the bottle. the bottle zoomed striaght into marcius hand who crushed it easily "now sort it out" he added looking between the 3 of them "me and my dog cant stay round here all night babysitting" he said while launching himself up into a tree with his dog behind him and sitting lazily on a branch

Rose lay on the floor, breathless. She stared up at Marcius. "Why did you do that? Why?!?" She got to her feet quickly, transformed into a fox and lauched herself at him, teeth bared.

marcius just sat there patiantly until she was bout a meter away from him then he swung below his branch and his dog shaodw lunged at the girl without teeth bared but with enough pwer to colide with her in mid air

Gary just stood there as Maricus smashed the bottle. "Look Rose, you don't need to do this!"

Rose turned and growled at Gary as she bit and scratched at Shadow. Marcius had destroyed her chance at happiness, and she''d be damned if she wasn't going to get revenge.

marcius heard the ripping noise of shadows flesh and heard the dog yelp with this he turned round and jumped back up at rose but too late rose had already sent his dog to the floor bleeding prevusely. so he lunged for roses throat with his mouth

Rose growled softly and smiled inside as Marcius lunged for her. She transformed back into a human again, raising her head to show her bare neck for him to bite. She let out a small gasp of pleasure at the thought of the oncoming pain.
