Feeling like she had alot of things on her mind at the moment, Ginny walked down to the lake and sat near the edge just looking in and thinking about everything that had happened latley..the first thing that came to her mind as usual was Harry...she missed him...she missed how when ever she needed someone he was there and how Ginny could go to him and he would know the exact right thing to say. Ginny rested her chin in her hands and sighed

Harry walked down the steps of the castle and reached the grounds his hands where stuffed in his pocket as he looked down, his shoes where scuffed. seeing a fair sized Rock Harry begun to kick it as he walked he needed time alone..or better yet..alone with Ginny..he hadn't exactly had a 1 on 1 talk with her..they had always been interuppted or shes was with her friends, he felt a longing to be with her and a ache to hold her but he knew none of which was possible given the war..even thinking about it made him angry this war had taken everything..ruined everything Harry had..he even felt apart from his best friends not telling then the truth just small fragments off it still looking down he walked onwards until he almost tripped over someone..looking up slightly snapping out of his thoughtfull daydream he saw Ginny sitting before him. "uh Sorry.." he spontaniously said.

Ginny looked up and seeing Harry she got up to her feet " oh uh..sorry my fault..shouldn't be just..sitting in the middle of no where like some freak.." she smiled a little and looked up at the sky, the clouds were grey and threatening to rain, Ginny said quietly "its gunna start raining.."

Harry too looked up the evening sun reflected of his glasses as his eyes glittered he then looked down towards Ginny unaware of the distance between them. "yeah thunder and lighting too i think...so..um..how have you been i know we havn't spoken much..or had the chance too.." he smiled slightly his stomach begun to churn with butterflies.

"oh thunder and lighting..scary.." she laughed and said "yeah i'v been..okay i guess..you?" Ginny glanced at him slightly and rubbed the back of her neck

harry nooded as he glanced round "the usal really..thinking alot..that sort of thing..so um..anything new happerning with you?"

"not really...been like really bored...i even had to help Seamus with charms...that was torture..the boy just can't do it.." Ginny laughed slightly and looked up at him unable to stop herself from smiling when she saw Harry

Harry looked to Ginny and hid the slight flicker of jelousy and thought yeah sure i bet he wasn't just after the help.Harry for a while then hold Ginny's gaze and slightly he returned it "well atleast thats somthing though.." scarcastially with a small laugh he replied "i wish my life was that boring"

Ginny laughed " Well i would give anything for a bit of excitement in my life" She said looking up at the clouds as she spun around in a circle and smiled

Laughing slightly as he watched her he smiled to himself as he got the faint smell of her, her hair and clothes looking down slightly he then sat down and laied back on the grass with his arms under his head as he watched the world go by.

Laughing slightly she stopped spinning around and sat next to Harry dizzy " woo that was fun" Ginny smiled thinking that they were both being to quiet and how she should try to liven things up

"dizzy are we?" harry gave a small half smile as he turned his head to face her, she was flushed in the face yet looked radiant as always.

harry watched her for a fraction longer then turned his head back up to watch the clouds pass even though they where growing dark rapidly and the sun seemed to become hidden behind a few dark cloud yet harry still watched.

Ginny yawned and lay down on the grass.There was a slight breeze which blew her hair over her eyes casting a shadow over some of her face " oo cold." she said laughing slightly

Harry was about to say somthing when he felt a small wet dot on his nose and speck of rain on his glasses and only in a sconed did he look up there was a rumble of thunder causing Harry to jump to his feet "welcome the rain..."

Ginny got to her feet and laughed as the rain fell on her " i was wondering when it would start.." as another rumble of thunder came she jumped slightly and moved closer to Harry and tried to act natural as if she wasn't afraid of some thunder

Harry took hold of Ginny's hand as the rain started to fall more heavily he felt trickle of rain run down his back and face his clothes where becoming rapidily wetter and see through as he held Ginny hand he made a run for the near by shelter of one of the oak's leaning against the tree bark Harry pulled Ginny alittle to him as he put an arm round her even though Ginny had never told him harry knew she didn't like thunder or lighting for that matter and he would be there to offer some comfort and potection from it as yet another burst of thunder sounded. soon followed by the clas of lighting.

Her hair was now soaked and falling in front of her eyes and her clothes were now getting drenched too.She looked up at Harry and smiled slightly staying close to him when the thunder crashed,Ginny felt like such a baby being scared of a little thunder and lighting even though she knew it couldn't do anything to her.

harry still held Ginny close anf felt her beginning to shake due to the coldness swallow slightly he turned to face her and rubbed her arms to keep her warm when then rain did ease of, if it would then they would go back to the castle but right now a tree was there only means of shelter Harry's own teeth slightly begun to chatter but not as much as Ginnys, he could feel her shaking like a leaf and he did what he thought was best and that was to give her a hug to lend some heat, his thraot still felt tight it had been a while since he had been alone with Ginny and hugged her even touch her for now he kept the feeling at bay, then a bolt of lighting or two clashed across the sky followed shortly by a vast big bang of the thunder clapping.

Ginny hugged Harry and stayed close to him.She felt like it had been so long since either of them were together just the two of them...Looking up at him a little she couldn't help but smile knowing that he was trying to do what was best for her like always."sorry..i know i'm kinda being a baby about the thunder and stuff..."

Harry looked down towards Ginny and held her gaze and was met with her warm smile then he too returned it "you don't have anything to be sorry about it's normal with most people" he laughed alittled but continued to look down at Ginny.

"Yeah well..16 you would think i could handle a little bad weather right..?"As the thunder crashed she jumped slightly and held onto Harry slightly tighter.The rain soaked her completly,she ran her fingers through her hair a little and laughed thinking how she was at least glad that she didn't wear any make up that could have smudged and made her look bad infront of Harry.

Harry let out a small laugh as Ginny jumped and watched her still then felt water trickle down his cheek the rain was beginning to pour through the trees and his top now was completly see through and tight to his skin, his hair was soaked almost flat and with one hand roughly he ruffled his hair to get most water out and only to leave it messy as usal.

She smiled and realised just how close she and Harry were to each other.Ginny looked up throuhg the trees and saw lightening and slowly looked back at Harry "Don't ever make your hair neat...its way nicer when its messed up" she laughed slightly
