Ghosts from the past

Harry hovered on the ouskirts of the forbidden forest unsure of what to do, he need to keep to his word and look after Gwamp as Hagrid seemed to be away again no doubt with Maxamine Harry thought as he squinted through the trees everytime harry had gone into the forest he had only had bad luck. sighing and staying true to his word he begin to set foot into the forest and off into the cold night.

James walked along an overgrown path in the forest, wondering if he should go up to the castle and find Harry. James carried along the path, heading deeper into the forest.

As Harry continued to walk he felt a cool breeze swiftly pass over him shivering slightly he pulled his cloke tighter around him as he held his wand arm level and lit so he could see the path before him, in the distance he heard the faint grunting of what he guessed was gwamp

James continued walking and heard a loud grunting noise, he walked forward cautiously towards the sound.

for a moment Harry paused as he heard the faint rustling of leaves and snaps of twigs, someone else was in the forest someone or somthing..walking as quietly as he could he continued along the path keeping wand rasied and ready.

Hearing a a rustle nearby James looked through the trees and thought he could make out the shadow of a fugure, he drew his wand and held it ready, just incase, James continued forward keeping an eye where he had seen the shadow, wondering what or who it could be.

Keeping a weary eye out he felt another breeze this time colder more bitter then the last, he stopped yet again as hs breath formed into clouds, shivering slightly he felt the farmiular breeze like always glancing down towards the forests eath he saw twigs begin to frost over and birds in near by trees fly off screeches leaving there cold rattled bodies.

James felt a cold breeze and looked over his shoulder, then he saw them about 30 dementors swarming towards the figure he had been watching. he yelled out a warnig and ran towards the figure.

Hearing a faint shout Harry looked up and saw the surrounding Dementors for a second his breath caught in his throat as at once a few Dementors sucked what happiness he had out of him stumbberling slightly as he felt that oiceing sensation rack his lungs it took him a second to regain himself gathering what happy memories he had with effort beyoun him he shouted "Expe-" he felt another dememntor swoop down and feed off him then trying again he shouted "EXPECTO PARTONUM!" as the incantaion left his mouth he felt his arm waver as the bright stag errupted from his wand and chased off the remaining Dementors as the stag finally faded Harry feel gaspin for air to his knees an in that moment he felt darkness creep up until he was consumed by it and fell back into an almost sleeping state.

James saw the stag chasing the dementors off, he felt reminded of Prongs, he then saw the figure fall, he sprinted forwards and saw who it was, he knelt beside Harry and saw the scar, James frowned and shook Harry gently "Harry?"

Groaning slightly groggy he felt himself being shaked and heard a voice of a male who Harry had no idea who his voice however did sound farmiular, moving alittle Harry gradually blinked his head pounding as he sat up rubbing the back of his head, his vision was blurry and he squinted realising his glasses had ffallen off, feeling about for his glasses his hands finally clasped round them as he put them on he looked at the figure infront of him and in pure shock Harry crawled back in surprise at the realisation of his father there before him..

James saw Harrys eyes and looked at how green they were, he then spoke to harry
"Are you ok?"

Harry stared unblinkingly towards the figure before him, he was shocked into silence not sure what to say this can't be real..maybe it's the concusion aking it's toll.. he thought dully how could someone who had been dead for 16 years be here infront of Harry..

James looked at HArry, "I know this might seem strange, but i have come from the past to the present."

blinking still in shock Harry felt an odd rage build up inside him and before he could stop himself he blurtted out "strange? strange?" he begun a note of hstria in his voice "wha..? you just expect me to be okay with this..you..just..showing up..sayig your from the past..out of nowhere..your suposed to be dead..gone..why arn't you?" he said again realising slightly how mean he was sounding

James looked slightly taken aback...
"Wha.. Do you want me here, I came back to see you, I hated it, I wanted to see you Harry."

harry continued to stare in shock at the person before him then graduakky he sighed "sorry..yes i do want you here..i didn't mean it to sound like that.."he said then tore his eyes away from his father and to the floor he then rubbed the back of his neck in a sign of awquardness "it;s just..a shock..you being here..i didn't expect it..and well how did you get..well here?"

Harry shook his head in disbelife and got unsteadily to his feet then turrned and begun to walk away , his head throbbed and he had no idea where it was he was heading as he turnned he mumbbled "not real..just a dream..stupid head..i'll wake up soon and find i'm in bed..yeah.."

James looked at Harry, slightly downhearted he said "Harry im not a dream, Im here, Im real."

stoppin still harry took a deep breath and turned around to face his father it wasn't till then that he realised how tall he was and how alike his father he seemed, or so they said but now seeing his father before him he could see the simularaties it was almost like looking into a mirror "yeah..sorry..course your not.." frowning harry felt a slight nausea take over and for a moment he swayed and ha to lean on a near by tree so he could keep balance, he knew the feeling to well, it was the aftermath of the Dementors

James frowned and took some chocolate from his pocket, he gave it to Harry

Harry shook his head, last thing he wanted was to be seen as some sort of whimp infort of his dad "no i'm fine..thank anyway." he said trying to put on some romote brave face to show he was alright even though he felt like he was going to be sick..

James looked through the trees and saw a large moving figure, a giant, he stared at it and spoke to harry, "I think we should go, somethings coming."

"yeah i guess i am..though don't feel it.." harry then looked in the direction of where James seemed to be looking and Harry too made out the figure of some giant like creature "oh that, thats robably Gwamp..but we could still go i supose..but..where?"
