"no....thats not possible" whispered marcius " he withdrew his hand and looked at it closely, he then tried scratching it with his other hand "no it cant be im not a death eater ive never even met voldermort how can i have his mark" he said as his scar started to bleed from the scratching

Lavender stopped him. "Who is it that looks after you now?" she asked thinking that who ever it is could have something to do with it.

"you realy dont want to know" whispered marcius "the guy isnt too well loved around here" he added looking at lavender

"He probally is a death eater..and when he started to look after you he probally mentioned this to you know who..and thats probally how you got the dark mark.." Lavender explained looking at Marcuis.

"ye but isnt there mark usaly a tattoo" he asked her "this ones more like a scar"

No..the mark is a scar..once it's on you can't get it off!" Lavender looked at the dar mark on his wrist.

"so i guess this means i better not show it in public anymore" he said trying to cover up his hand

"That might be a plan! You don't want people thinking your a death eater!" she smiled at Marcuis.

"might get people to leave me alone" he smiled " but i dont want to embarass you so ye ill cover it" he whispered sadly

"You wouldn't embrass me! I'm fine with it really...I don't mine! It's up to you weather you hide it or not!" Lavender smiled and looked at marcuis.

marcius looked at lavender "what would i do without you" he said smiling at her then he moved up next to her and stuck him arm round lavender in a cuddle

Lavender smiled." I don't know...nothing?" she laughed a little and smiled resting her head on Marcuis's shoulder.

"your probably right" he said smiling "by the way what day are you leaving for christmas" he added "maybe i can help you get packed before i go and sniff out some of dumbledores trails" he said stroking lavenders hair lovingly

"The first day of the holidays...but I'd love you to help me pack!"

"cool ill be there the day before you go and we can spend the day making sure your ready" he smiled "and who knows we might even meet up over christmas it was fracne you were going wasnt it??" he asked

Lavender smiled. "Are you planning to go to France on purpose Marcuis?"

"me??" said marcius in a fakely offended voice "never" he smiled "you know i just might be passing threw the aarea" he added

Lavender tryed not to laugh. "Yeah okay...what ever you say Marcuis!".

"i mean i would never purposely go to...... where in france is it again" marcius asked

Lavender laughed. "Paris...how you going to get there?"

"well i only said i might be going there" he smiled "but if i do go there ill probably get there on an old muggle veichle called a motorbike its just like using a broom but very close to the ground" he added "i found it when i went traveling last year"

Lavender laughed. "I know what a motor bike is! My parents are..muggles so I know alot of things to do with them!"

"you... muggle born?" wouldnt of thought such a bright witch came from muggles" marcius smiled "but anyways never actually said i WAS going i said i might go dont know if theres anyone over there that will want to see me" he sulked fakely

"Yeah I'm muggle born! And ok I get the point...you MIGHT be going!" she smiled.

" i mean i wanna go but shadow cant realy keep up with the condition that hes currently in" then marcius realised something "dang it" he muttered slapping his free arm to his for head "where are my manners, you havnt even met the thing i most concider family" marcius then started making funny growling noises and after a few minutes a bear like german sheperd with a bandaged shoulder came bounding up the hill limping badly on his shoulder. marcius again started making funny growling noises at the dog and then the dog laid its head in lavenderas lap and looked up at her "this is my freind and faithful companion shadow" he said to lavender indicating the dog.
