Auror Silver's Office

Stepping out of the lift with her case folder tucked under her arm Silver walked through the Auror Headquaters not sparing anyone a glanced and entered her office.
There was a dark wood desk with 2 piles of paper work. 'Sorted' and 'get your ass moving' as she had labeled them. There was a pot with a variety of quills and inks on the right of the desk. In the draws were fresh parchement and previous case files as well as any letters she had received pertaining to this case. The walls had various posters on how to brew certain potions or cast certain spells but there was no pictures to make it personal. No sign of a family or friends on the walls of the office.
Silver seated herself behind her desk and placed the case file down. She glanced at the clock above the door waiting for Auror Tonks to arrive and in the mean time went about sorting the small pile of 'get your ass moving' paperwork.

Tonk's walked up and into the Auror headquarters and noticesed Silver's office...She smiled and nodded at the people she knew as she passed them by...Her hair still a strong color of brown and her eyes still puffy red.

She walked up to the office door and looked around nervously and bite her lip dreading walking in to the office....she really didn't want to do this...she thought but...she needed to help Remus...She knocked on the door and waited..

Silver didn't bother looking up from her paperwork. It was her last piece and she was done.
'Come in.' she called as she finished it up and put it on the 'sorted' pile. She placed her quill away and looked up to see who was there. Though glancing at the clock she knew it was Tonks.

Tonk's slowly pushed the door open..Her cloak was wrapped around her tightly covering half of her face from the cold.

She pulled it down,walked into the office and smiled down at Silver.

Silver nodded to Tonks and indicated the chair infront of her desk.
'There's been an...interessting development since last nigth Auror Tonk's. A wall of azkaban prison was blown up by Mr Lupin in his attempt to get into the prison. I've heard of people attempting to brake out but in? Most strange. Care to tell me why Mr Lupin is so keen on getting to Miss Riddle?'
Silver asked all this very cooly in the same tone as the night before and opened the case file. The pictures od Lupin and Riddle at the front. She pulled out another picture of the damage done to Azkaban and showed it to Auror Tonks.

Tonk's bit her nails...and didn't want to look at the pictures..

She pulled up the chair and sat down clumsily.

She looked at Silver and studied the pictures..Trying hard not to take it in...Hoping it wasn't true,

'Mr Lupin is looking at a bit of a stretch within Azkaban for this. However, not a single person was hurt in Mr Lupins little escapde and only the building itself was damaged. He has that going for him. But if he was thinking of breaking Miss Riddle out we could be looking at somethign far more serious. Wether or not a trial will be held is yet to be decided'

Tonk's looked up and shaked her head..

"Silver..I am very sorry...He was drunk.Very drunk when he left the house.He wouldn't let me stop him...

He is extremely close to Harriate and thought he could get her out this way."

Tonk's fiddled with her cloak waiting for Silver to answer.

Silver's expression did not change as she watched the Auror infront of her.
'Tell me Auror Tonks. In your professional opinion without even taking in your relationship to the two which do you think killed Mr Crouch Jr?'

Tonk's looked up at Silver..

"In my professional opinion...Harriate..Seems more of a liable candidate..She has it all there.The mark..The history.

If i was to have to make a quick decision i would have to choose Harriate."

Silver made a note of this and flipped through the folder to another page.
'And what do you think is the maximum Mr Lupin could get for JUST breaking into the prison.?'

Tonk's looked up and Silver and looked her straight in the eyes..

"I think Remus Lupin should get a warning and to pay for the damage he has made.
I know the maximum is imprisonment but he wasn't himself when he did this."

'Care to go into more detail Auror Tonks?' Silver asked leaning back into ehr chair hands folded neatly.
'I could tell from my visit last night that Mr Lupin was clearly intoxicated. Why was he? And to still care for Miss Riddle after all of this. Quite follish don't you think?'

Tonk's still stared into Silver eyes..

"He was very drunk...He loved and still does love Harriate like a daughter..He couldn't get over what had happened and wouldn't listen to anyone who tried to help him."

"And yes i do agree it was foolish..But you must see that he was in a state.
He wanted do anything he could to get Harriate out and this was the only way he saw..While he was in his drunken state...Maybe now he regrets it."

She took a large breath and carried on...

"He was just trying to help...He didn't want to see what he felt like his daughter..go to azkaban..I am sure anyone else in his position would do the same."

"He has not done anything..wrong except trying to free his "daughter"..Which yes was very foolish."

Silver watched Tonks carefully noting her body language.
'I shall make you a deal Auror Tonks. I shall get Mr Lupins release papers on a few conditions.'
She watched Tonks carefully for a reaction.
'One he pays for the damage done to Azkaban, two he will be under house arrest till i deem him in a fit state to join the public. He may visit Miss Riddle but only with an Auror present. He may leave the hosue but again only with an Auror present. He will be given an offical warning and should he brake any of these conditions he will find himself back in Azkaban and i WILL push for the maximum punishment do i make myself clear?'

Tonk's looked at Silver..She tried to force away her smile and nodded.

"I understand..Thank you."

Tonk's stood up and pushed her chair back and put out her hand for Silver to shake.

Silver stood up and shook Tonks hand. It will take a few days for the paper's to clear to get Mr Lupin out. When he is out he will come here with you and you will both sign a written agreement on what we have just stated is that clear Auror Tonks?'

Tonk's put her attention to Silver..and nodded.

"Yes..I understand."

She smiled and pulled her cloak around her tighter and walked out of the office.

Pandora walked to into the minstry, revenge on her mind and justice. She headed for Silver Shadows office. She walked up to the door and knocked. She stood there silently while she waited to be asked in.

Silver glanced up from her paper work at the door not expecting anyone.
'Enter.' she called cooly placing her quill down.

Pandora opened the door and looked to Silver.

"Hello Silver...I have to press charges against someone for attempted murder."

"May we talk?"

Silver nodded and indicated the seat across from her.
'Indeed headmisstress please, take a seat. Please tell me what has happened.'

She walked on in the office her black silk robes bustling as she walked. She took the seat.

"I have just saved the lives of one of my Professor's and one of my students. Remus Lupin and Harriate Riddle. If I had not came when I did they both would have died."

She then went into the story of what had happened.

"Jasmine Granger is a danger to society. She came into the Orders head quaters and attacked Remus and Harriate. Mauling them to a almost unreconizable state. She cannot control her curse in the slightest. I do not want her roaming around in my school. She is to dangerous. Remus and Harriate are at St. Mungos with serious injuries and life threatening injurings. You may check my story out if you wish. I have no choice now but to press charges against Jasmine Granger. I wish to charge her with attempted murder and see her punished. I also ask before she is released back into society she is trained on how to control her beast within, if not she should not be allowed near others. She stopped waiting to her what Silver would say."

silver pulled some spare parchement towards her and wrote down everything Pandora was saying
'I wish to see the two for myself before we arrest Miss granger to make sure your story is true.'

"As you wish."

"There are two witnesses to the crime also."

"A Silvia Whitewolf and Harry Potter."

"I will see that justice is done or I will not rest.."

"Now if you'll excuse me I have a student to expell until this is all taken care of. Her parents should be notified and they should be sent for her."
