The capturing barty

Jasmine swung Barty over her shoulder and threw him down on the ground and she kicked him on the ribs. Jasmine raised her wand and screamed,"SERPENTSORTIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" a large snake burst from her wand and landed on Barty.

Harriate sighed in relief seeing Barty up.
'barty just get out of here. Now.' She said holding her bleeding arm close to her.
Seeing the snake Harriates eyes widened.
'get off of him.' She ordered the snake, her voice coming out in hisses.

Barty quickly grabbed the snake round it's head so it couldn't bite him. He tossed it to the side and then kicking her back. He took his wand and aimed it t her "CRUCIO!!!"

Jasmine jumped out of the way of Barty's spell and she aimed her wand at him again,"AVADA KEDAVRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Harriate ran into Jasmine knocking her to the floor so that her spell would miss. She grabbed hold of her arms to pin her to the floor. In doing so missd Codys curse.
'I told you not to hurt him.' She growled eyes glowing in anger. She let go of one of her wrists and wrapped her hand around her neck put kept her wand pointed away from barty.

Jasmine stuggled under Harriate's grasp,"So what if I don't? Are you going to kill Draco too? Just like what you did to Remus? But, silver doesn't kill a pureblood wizard."

He pointed his wand at himself quickly "Expelliarmus!" and he flew and landed out the way.
He shook his head and stood up and ran to Harriate

Harriates grip tightened on her throat as her eyes started to tear up.
'I didn't do it purposely. it was an accident. unlike you. I hate you. if i let you live and i torture Draco maybe youll see partialy how i feel. Maybe ill kill you now.' She snarled tightning her grip more.
'Besides you killed Coleridge.'

Tears began to well up in Jasmine's eyes,"I won't let you hurt Draco. What did he ever do to you? If you touch him, I'll kill you." Just then, Jasmine felt herself transform. Her hair straightened, her dark brown eyes became yellow and catlike, her fingernails grew and pointened and her canine teeth elongated and pointed and her ears developed points. Now in her demon form, Jasmine bit into Harriate's arm and threw her over her shoulder.

Harriate winced as her arm was bit AGAIN. that was going to take some healing.
She quickly stood up and drew the only weapon she had left. the Silver Dagger. A tear slid down her face knowing it had killed the wrong person. But she had to get barty out.

Still in her demon form, Jasmine ran over to Barty ready to kill him. "Blood!!!!!!!!! I smell blood!!!!!!! Die Crouch!!!!!!!" Jasmine jumped on Barty and she bit down on his shoulder and licked the blood off her lips in delight.

Harriates eyes widened and she grabbed hold of Jasmine pulling her back and punched her in the face.
'Leave him the hell alone.' She snapped and threw more punches at Jasmine with her free hand the other holding the dagger tight.

Jasmine threw Harriate off of her and she began to change back. She felt a sharp pain go through her body as she transformed back into her human form. Jasmine let out a high pitched scream as she changed back. After changing back into her human form, Jasmine drew out her wand and aimed it at Barty,"SECTUMSEMPRA!!!!!!!!!!!!"

'NOO.' harriate screamed and jumped infront of the curse biting her lip hard as it hit her chest. She dropped to her knees hands clutching her bleeding chest and the dagger dropped to the floor.

Barty ran to Harriate and removed his coat and gave it to her to use to stop the bleeding, He aimed his wand at Jasmine in a fit of rage "Leave her alone Jasmine!! CRUCIO!!" he shouted sending the curse straight at her wanting her to suffer

Harriate clutched her chest tight as the blood continued to pour out the cut.
'Barty....go....get out.' she gasped eyes closing tight in pain.

Jasmine dodged Barty's spell and she saw something drop from Harriate's grasp as she got hit with her spell. She ran over and picked it up. Just then, Jasmine felt the dagger burn into the palm of her hand and she yelped. She quickly ran over to Harriate raised the dagger and screamed,"NOW YOU'RE GOING TO SUFFER LIKE REMUS DID!!!!!!!!! TAKE THIS YOU TRAITOR!!!!!!!!!" Jasmine stabbed the dagger into Harriate's back and she dropped it on the floor with her hand still burning. She shoved her wand back into her robes.

Harriates eyes widened as the dagger piereced her back and she couldnt hold back the scream as she dropped to the floor. She felt the silver burning and felt the tears roll down her face. She gasped for breath as she started shaking.

Barty tossed his wand to the floor and grabbed Jasmine round the throat and started to strangle her "You're just as bad as her!!!" he hissed , kneeing her in the stomach

Harriate gasped for breath and forced her eyes open and saw thepool of blood slowly spreading around her. Her chest hurt but her back was agony both from the dagger and the silver.
'Barty...go....before..y..you...c..caught.' She rasped out lifting her head slightly.

Jasmine gasped for breath as Barty tightened his hold on her. She pryed Barty's fingers off of her throught and fell to the floor.

Barty left Jasmine and ran back to Harriate and pulled her up and ran as fast as he could out of the Ministry hoping to get her to safely then to get her healed.

Jasmine shot a look of poison at both Barty and Harriate,"You both will get what you deserve mark my words. I will have both of you." Jasmine staggered out of the ministy and disapparated in the alley.
