The Den

Waking again a few hours after the sun had risen Harriate groaned and felt her stomach heave. She made her way outside on shaky legs and threw up by a bush at the edge of the clearing. Seeing the meat made her urge again and her stomach continued heaving even when empty. Grasping her stomach with her good arm shee backed away shakily and knew by the amount of sunlight that everyone at Hogwarts would be awake and she was not risking stumbling back to the shack nacked. Instead she stumbled back into the den and laid down on the leaves again but trying to keep her shoulder as clean as possible to lessen the risk of infection.

Pandora hadn't seen Harriate come back yet. She decided to slip out of the castle and look for her. She entered the forest and walked briskfully through it, saying Harriates name outload.

"Harriate are you here?"

Harriate heard someone calling her name slightly and using the walls as support heaved herself up and staggered to the enterance of the Den and stuck her head out.
'Pandora?' She called weakly seeing her not to far away. She felt herself urge again but placed her hand over her mouth.

"Harriate she said as she spun around. Whats wrong you didn't return back to Hgwarts?"

'couldn't...no clothes....woke up late...' She said trying to not be sick but she felt her stomach twist and knew she couldn't hold it in any more. She doubled over as she emptied her stomach.

"Harriate your ill. Whats wrong", she asked while conjuring Harriates clothes from her dorm at Hogwarts?

"I have your clothes when your able to get dressed."

She then conjured a potion in her hand.

"I have a potion for stomache sickness for you also."

Harriate held onto the wall weakly with her good arm as she finsihed emptying her stomach. Seeing the blood and meat she had thrown up made her urge again and she turned away wiping her mouth on her arm.
't..thanks..' she said taking the clothes and putting them on wincing as the cloth met her tattered shoulder. Taking the potion she downed it as quickly as possible to rid the taste.

"Your injured, what happened, she asked seeing blood on her shoulder?"

She then flicked her wand once more conjuring a healing potion and bandages.

Her let me bandage that shoulder before you put your arm through the sleeve.

"Thats a bad gash...how did you get it?"

'Remus....m'fine really. She said weakly swaying slightly.
'Remus was right..does hurt.' She said as she leant on the wall but did as Pandora said and didn't put her arm in the sleeve yet.

Pandora stopped at the sound of Remus's name. Then her head felt heavy and her sight blurry.

"Desperate...dying..help", she said out loud not knowing where it came from.


"ohh no...Remus, she said out loud. He's hurt...he's dying and asking for me.


"I have to go Harriate, go back to the school. I'll see you tonight."

She conjured her broom, jumped on it, flying as fast as she could out of the forest and out of the grounds so she could apparate to help Remus.

Harriate watched Pandora go worried but knew if anyone could help Remus it was pandora. However rather than leave for the school she made her way to hogsmeade and floo'd to london. She didn't feel like heading back just yet. She felt her stomach lurch as she shot through the fireplaces but ignored it and made her way to a muggle park.
