Character History and Other information...
Born 13th October 1902 to Pravus Nex, a rich, cruel, angry man. Her mother disapeared shortly after Venefica was born, and her Father never spoke of her.

Venefica, though very beautiful, was unpopular. She was selfish and spoilt and her father gave her everything she wanted.
Her father died of an unknown ilness when she was ten years old, and Venefica lived on in the elaborate Nex Manor she inted, cared ofr by the staff, untill the turned eleven.

Venefica went to Hogwarts and was immediately put in Slytherin by the sorting hat. She had no friends except a Gryffindor boy who took pity on her. The teachers didn't think much of her either but she was an exceptionally skilled witch.

As Nex and her friend grew older, they became a couple. Rumours flew around the school that Venefica had bewitched the boy to think he loved her.

On her 17th birthday, Venefica discovered her lover had been disloyal tor. Furious, she took him into the Forbidden Forest and stabbed him to death with the dagger she always kept in her belt.

The dagger was a family heirloom and had been passed down to her by her fathed had been used to coomit many murders. Venefica than performed the Killing Curse on herself and the Pureblood Nex family ended.

Nex haunts the castle and the grounds of Hogwarts, particularly the Forbidden Forest. She is known to chase couples, screaming at them.
