Jasmine dodged the spell that was coming towards her. She raised her wand and screamed,"Barty!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's you come on out and fight me like a man. Unless you are too cowardly to do so!!!!!!!!!!"

Barty walked through the trees under his cloak, hidden. He kept his wand out though and shot another killing curse towards them , one for each as he grew closer to them.

Jasmine pointed her wand just in time. She shouted,"PROTEGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She tried to block Barty's spell before it could hit her and Cody but, it didn't work and she jumped out of it's way and pushed Cody down on the ground. "Is that the best you got???? Barty, you're pathetic. You always get pissed off when someone attacks you from behind and that is what you're doing. What's the matter Barty? Are you scared?" Jasmine says in a mocking voice with her wand still raised.

Cody looked and then dodged the spell and then looked at Jasmine and hope she was alright.Cody looked and knew it was bart crouch Junior,cause his wolfs senses could smell him from a mile away

Cody looked and was going to leap at him to attack him to the ground,Cody began to think is his father senseing any danger about his son

Jasmine looked around and shouted again in a mocking voice,"Come out Barty!!!!!!!!!!! Come out, come out and play!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

There was nothing, not a curse, not a sound from Barty, none what so ever...

Cody looked and then walked over towards the trees and was walking slowly and was showing his teeth,Cody went down wind and was going to come up behide him

Jasmine watched Cody sneak behind Barty and she followed him and raised her wand ready to take Barty down.

Cody sneaked behide the trees and bushes and jumped and attacked barty and tooked his wand away from him.Cody showed his teeth at him and wanted to kill him right there

Jasmine jumped out of the bushes and she too jumped on Barty. She pointed her wand at Barty's throught. "Hello Barty. Having fun stalking people?"

Barty just sat up a little and smacked the wolf right in it's nose and then jumped up onto his feet. "Little Mutt!" he hissd and he kicked him, then looked around or hs wand

Cody yelped out and then looked at Barty and got back on his all four paws. and was getting even more mad by the second he narrowed his eyes and was wagging his tail and had his ears right back

Jasmine laughed coldly at Barty's action,"Harriate is not here to save you. I've been waiting for a long time for this. CRUCIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Cody went behide the bush and transform back into his human forum and got his wand out and said "Crucio!" too at Barty,and then said" Harriate is not here to save you from us you sick man! I remeber you from that night when you attacked my mother and then killed her!"

Barty was taken by suprise by him and was hit by the spell. He cried out in agony and fell to the ground, twisting and turning as the pain filled his body.

Cody looked and then said" Now you know how i felt going through that pain!" he looked at Barty and then done the same spell again.

Cody looked and then turned to Jasmine who had anger in her eyes

Barty lashed out at them trying to stop them but ended up on his back, felt like his body was being burnt on the inside. He gasped and tried to crawl towards Jasmine

Cody looked at Jasmine who kept on using Crucio over and over again and then he looked at Barty and then back at Jasmine and then said "this is not going to work Jasmine,the spell will not hold him for long!" he looked at Jasmine

Jasmine stopped torturing Barty and she nodded at Cody,"You're right, but this will." She ran over to Barty and kicked him on the top of his head and she kicked him really hard on his ribs.

Barty was knocked out cold, then kicked in the ribs. His body rolled onto its side. Blood started to trickle on to the forest floor near his head as he laid them.

Cody looked and then holded his wand up and then looked at Jasmine and then said" Jasmine I think you should not kill him you will leand up back in jail again!" he looked and was thinking about it too

Jasmine stopped kicking Barty and glared at him. She drew out her wand and point it at Barty's wounds,"EPISKY!!!!" Jasmine healed Barty's wounds so she can torture him some more. Jasmine loved torturing people especially if they were her enemies. She looked up at Cody and said,"Let's take him back to your house and give him some more of his own medicine. Barty's been a bad boy and he needs to be taught a lesson."

cody looked and then shooked his head and then said" lets call the minster of magic to take him back to jail!" he looked at Jasmine and then said" I know he has killed alot of people but i can not kill him!" he looked at Jasmine and then said"i am not sure why,I want to kill him for what he did to my mother!"
