The Pack

"Yes it would be best, she said taking another step toward him. I am Silvia, but I'm called Silver by my pack, she said looking to him and extending her hand out to him."

She smiled back. "I'll return shortly..just wait here, she said as she turned and ran deeper into the forest.

She re-appeared out of no where walking back towards Remus. "My father says you may have santuary with us lone wolf. But asks you not to bring trouble with you. We are a nuetral pack and do not get involved in the wars. Finir attacked me and left me for dead"...she rubbed her hand across her chest and sholder revealing a huge scar. "We stay away from others now. You may come back with me when your ready, she said glancing to him.

She smiled as she walked almost glided through the forest, she was so used to it...it's all she had ever known.

"I could't leave you out on your own when you needed help. I think the others will like you. You seem quiet and kind at heart. They will accept you into the pack."

After traveling deep into the forest they reached a large tree.

"We are here", she said looking to the hole in the bottom of the tree.

She smiled and softly assured him it was ok.

"We can sit outside for a bit if you would perfer. The stars are going to be bright, the sky is clear."

She walked to the old fire threw a new log on it reviving it.

She ducked inside of the tree roots and came back out in a minute or two with two blankets.

"The pack is resting now. I brought you a blanket she said handing it to him and wrapping another around herself."

"Some also seem to be out hunting...best meals come at night it seems. She said... then pulled out a knife stabbing a snake that crawled near them."

"Ever had snake she said cutting it open and skinning it before putting it into the fire?"

She just smiled and reached in to the fire grabbing the meat on the stick.

"well it smells good, she said holding it out for him to take."

"So how have you come to be alone, you loose your pack, she asked couriously?"

"Sounds like you had a bad time...sorry to hear you lost friends. I don't know why, but I feel so comfortable around you. Not been around many people outside of my pack. It's...well...just to dangerous. Can't trust anyone these days. Now I hear the humans are headed for a great war with this dark wizard. We try to stay out of everything...we are a peaceful pack, we take no sides if we can help it. I heard that wolf that attacked us both, was working with that dark wizard now...bit scary those two together", she said throwing a stick on the fire.
